Marina Bailey

furthered my education at East Tennessee State University with a bachelors in Political Science. I am currently pursuing a masters in Early Childhood Education and plan on becoming a teacher.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy traveling overseas. I have been to multiple countries
including Scotland, France, Iceland, and so much more. I love spending time with lifelong
friends, attending concerts, Disney World, and learning new things everyday. I am passionate
about helping young children at my home church and working with the youth during church
camp events!
I am proud to have the opportunity to work with the NiswongerCARE team. After graduating
college, I took a gap year and completely changed my career path. I understand the stress and
confusion that comes with stepping into the workforce and reality out of high school. So, I can’t
wait to help the students at Unaka and Cloudland High Schools pursue their dreams and career goals!
