Madison McGinnis

My name is Madison McGinnis, and I graduated from Tusculum University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Sports Management. I was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee GO VOLS!!! I moved to Greeneville for college, where I played softball and gained experiences that truly shaped who I am today. Being a first-generation college student, I understand how overwhelming it can be to figure out your path—and I’m here to help students feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, I’m a huge sports fan and love staying active. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and making the most of life’s little moments. Whether I’m watching a game, hiking, or just enjoying some fresh air, I try to stay grounded in the things that bring me joy. And yes—I’m always down for a sweet treat!

I was fortunate to have amazing mentors and supporters in my life who helped me reach my goals, and now I feel incredibly blessed to be in a position where I can give back and do the same for others. No matter where you're starting from, your goals are valid—and I can’t wait to help you chase them. My goal is to support students as they figure out what’s next—whether that’s college, a trade program, or jumping into the workforce. I look forward to sharing my experiences and reminding students that it’s okay to take different paths to find what truly fits. The journey may be tough at times, but it’s always worth it in the end!
