Hi! My name is Braylee. I grew up on a farm in Surgoinsville with my little brother. In 2017, I graduated from Volunteer High School. From there, I went to East Tennessee State University where I majored in Theatre and minored in Dance.
Education has always been important to me. My mother is a teacher, and as a little kid I would often play school. She taught me that education is what creates opportunities for a better future. I was honored to have received the Fine and Performing Arts Scholarship from ETSU. Here, I learned the value of higher education. Not only in career advancement, but also in creating a safe space for young adults to experience the world without the guiding hand of their parents.
In my free time, I love to spend time with my dogs (Raven and Gabriel), my kitties (Iris and Freya), and my husband, Joseph. You may also find me on the stages or directing at many of the local community theatres or tending to my garden. Most likely though, you’ll find me watering my many houseplants.
Above all, I want you to know that I’m here for you; to be your cheerleader, your biggest fan, and to push you to achieve everything you’ve dreamed of. Let me know how I can help you!
I am so honored to serve as a NiswongerCARE Advisor. Whether you have a question or just wanna say hello, don’t hesitate to reach out; I would love to hear from you!
