Brooklyn Crum

Hello! My name is Brooklyn, and I was born and raised in East Tennessee. I graduated from South Greene High School in 2020 and went on to attend the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies with a minor in Geography in 2024. During my time at UTK, I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Seoul, South Korea. It was such a meaningful experience that after graduating, I returned to Seoul to live and work as an ESL teacher.

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places both in the U.S and abroad. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, reading, playing with my cats (Miso and Delores), going to concerts, and watching foreign tv shows and movies!

As a first-generation college student, I am especially excited to be part of the NiswongerCARE team. I understand how overwhelming and intimidating the college process can feel, and I am passionate about supporting students every step of the way. I hope to be the kind of resource and encouragement that I once needed myself.
