​Bailey Hansel is a native of Newport, Tennessee. She graduated from Cocke County High School. She earned an Associate of Science Degree in Psychology from Walters State Community College. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee State University. She is pursuing a Master of School Counseling at Carson-Newman University. Bailey is excited to begin her new position as a NiswongerCARE Advisor with the NiswongerCARE Program.
